Welcome to Herritage Court Apartments. We provide the Kinston, NC area with a complete range of apartment rental services. Our highly-dedicated professionals are trained to provide you with the solutions you need as well as the quality living space you deserve.
 
Rental Application Guidelines

All applications must be accompanied by a NON-REFUNDABLE $25.00 per person application fee before application will be processed. No application will be processed unless application is completed in full, signed and dated.

INCOME REQUIREMENTS: Monthly gross income should be four (4) times the monthly rent plus average utility usage if applicable. Last pay stub, showing year to date will be required.

RENTAL HISTORY: Satisfactory rental history.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY: Minimum of two (2) years satisfactory.

CREDIT CHECKS: Satisfactory history of credit and rental payment is required. A credit report will be requested form First American Registry with the credit reports coming from TRW, Equifax or TransUnion. A criminal check will be secured at time of application.

ROOMMATES APPLICANTS: Each application will be treated individually. Incomplete applications, unsatisfactory credit, landlord history or employment will disqualify that individual applicant. Each roommate applicant must qualify independently of any other applicant.

IN THE ABSENCE OF 2 YEARS EMPLOYMENT AND/OR LANDLORD HISTORY: Qualifying employment must be considered long term and income must be four (4) times the monthly rent plus utilities. This would be applicant to those such as students who are beginning employment.

LANDLORD/TENANT COURT ACTION: Landlord may reject any applicant that has experienced prior legal action for enforcement of the Terms and Conditions of a lease and/or rental Agreement of any previous residence.

3 BEDROOMS: Five (5) persons
